Baked Italian Chicken Recipe

| Broiler fryer chicken | 3 Pound, cut up (Ready To Cook) | |
| Fine dry bread crumbs | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Combine water, chili sauce, salt, oregano, celery seed, and pepper.
Dip chicken in sauce mixture; coat skin side with crumbs.
In 13x9x2 inch baking dish heat butter in oven till melted.
Place chicken, crumb side up, in baking dish; pour on remaining sauce mixture.
Bake at 375° till tender, about 1 hour.
Serves 4.
