| Orange | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Juice of 1 orange | ||
| 1/4 cup anise-flavored liqueur | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Currants | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat ham in oven according to package directions.
Set orange slices to side.
Blend remaining ingredients in blender.
Heat in skillet; spoon over ham.
Bake 1/2 hour or until glazed; baste with seasoning mixture.
Arrange orange slices over ham; garnish with watercress.
