MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the milk, breadcrumbs, cottage cheese and egg
2) Using a fork blend the ingredients well
3) Add in the ham
4) In a 10 x 6 2 inch baking dish, place in the mixture
5) Bake in the oven for 45- 50 minutes at 375F till the top is lightly browned
6) Top the dish with raw or pan fried apple rings
