Directions

Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
Add onion and parsley, and saute until render.
Stir in next 6 ingredients, and set aside.
Rinse halibut with cold water, and par dry.
Place halibut steaks in a large aluminum foil-lined shallow roasting pan.
Spoon artichoke mixture evenly over steaks.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 10 minutes or until steaks flake easily when rested with a fork.
