Baked Fudge Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup sifted cake flour 250 mL
2 tsp baking powder 30 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1/2 cup white sugar 125 mL
3 tbs cocoa 45 mL
1/2 cup chopped nuts 125 mL
1/2 cup milk 125 mL
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL
2 tbs melted shortening 30 mL
Directions
Sift the first five ingredients together.
Add the nuts.
Make a well in the centre, and add milk, vanilla and melted shortening.
Stir lightly and pour batter into a greased casserole.
