Baked-Fried Savory Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
3 1/2-pound dressed fryer, cut in pieces
1 teaspoon Accent
1/2teaspoon thyme
21/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1/4cup flour
1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Directions
Sprinkle cleaned chicken pieces with Accent, thyme and marjoram and let stand for 1 hour.
Dip in egg beaten with milk and then in flour combined with cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
Place in greased baking pan.
Do not crowd.
Bake uncovered in a moderate oven 350°F.
for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
Turn occasionally; sprinkle twice with wine vinegar and once with melted butter.
