Baked Tilapia With Tomato And Onion Recipe Video

Baked fish is my favorite and specially the tilapia, when cooked with tomato and onion mixture with a coat of bread crumbs, the fish tastes delicious. It is healthy with less fat and more taste.

Ingredients

 
2 fillets white fish
 
1 c chopped tomato
 
1 c chopped onion
 
4 tbsp lemon juice
 
2 tbsp olive oil
 
2 tbsp lemon pepper spice
 
1 c bread crumbs
 
1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
 
2 tbsp low fat parmesan cheese
 
salt and pepper to taste
 
olive oil spray

Directions

Mix tomato. onion, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper spice in a bowl. Combine bread crumbs, red pepper flakes, low fat parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and spread it on a plate. Spray olive oil on baking dish. Then rinse the fish in water and coat it with bread crumb mixture. Put the fish in the baking dish and pour tomato and onion mixture evenly over the fish. Bake the fish for 20 minutes at 400 F.
