Baked Fish With Anchovy Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | ||
| Soft butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 or 3 tablespoons anchovy paste | ||
| Fine cracker crumbs | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Mix the butter and anchovy paste and spread the fillets with it inside and out.
Lay in a well greased bakingdish, sprinkle with crumbs and bake until tender.
Baste with a little water or white wine.
When done add lemon juice and chopped parsley.
