Baked Fish Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soybeans | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), roasted | |
| 2 cups fish, cooked, flaked | ||
| Dulse | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Nutritional yeast | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F. for 50 to 60 minutes, until loaf is firm.
This may be served hot or cold.
