Cuban Baked Fish Recipe Video
A low calorie recipe for fish. Baked fish needs least fats to cook. It can be served with low calorie dressing and some mixed salad. Perfect for a meal.

Ingredients
2 fillets of white fish (tilapia) “my favorite”
1c chopped tomatoes
1c chopped onion
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon pepper spice
1c bread crumbs
1 tbsp (low fat) parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
olive oil spray
Directions
Mix: tomato, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, and lemon pepper spice in a bowl.
Combine: bread crumbs, red pepper flake, parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper. Spread on flat plate.
Spray baking dish with olive oil spray
Rinse fish in water (yes water) and coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in baking dish and pour tomato & onion mixture over fish evenly.
Bake 400*F for 20 minutes. (till internal temperature of fish is 145*F)
Serve with a nice mixed salad & low calorie dressing.
