Ingredients
1 pound fresh or frozen fish fillets, defrosted
1 package (2-ounces) seasoned coating mix for fish
Directions
Wash fillets and shake off excess water.
Place coating mix in bag provided with mix.
Add 1 or 2 fillets at a time and shake to coat with crumbs.
Place fillets in (10 x 6 or 8 x 8-inch) baking dish with thinner parts toward inside of dish.
Microwave 7 minutes on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily.
