Thaw frozen fish.
Cut into 6 portions.
Place fish in single layer, skin side down, in greased baking pan.
Tuck under thin edges.
Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and dash pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till fish flakes easily when tested with fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
