Ripe avocado-1 Iarge
 
Lemon juice-to brush
 
Shallots-1 tablespoon, finely minced
 
Butter-1 teaspoon
 
Chablis-1 cup
 
Sour cream-1 cup
 
Horseradish-1 teaspoon
 
Salt-to taste
 
White pepper -to taste
 
Frozen crab meat-1 1/2 pounds
 
Frozen scallops-1 pound
 
Parsley-to sprinkle

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Dice avocado and brush with lemon juice.

MAKING
2)In a pan heat butter and saute shallots.
3)Add Chablis, sour cream, horse- radish, avocado, salt and white pepper.
4)Cook on low heat until heated through.
5)Add crab meat and scallops.
6)Take a buttered casserole and put the mixture in it.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

SERVING
8)Sprinkle baked crab supreme with parsley and serve.
