Baked Crab Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Shallots | 1 Tablespoon, finely minced | |
| Butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chablis | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| White pepper | To Taste | |
| Frozen crab meat | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Frozen scallops | 1 Pound | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ripe avocado | 1 Large | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
1)Dice avocado and brush with lemon juice.
MAKING
2)In a pan heat butter and saute shallots.
3)Add Chablis, sour cream, horse- radish, avocado, salt and white pepper.
4)Cook on low heat until heated through.
5)Add crab meat and scallops.
6)Take a buttered casserole and put the mixture in it.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
SERVING
8)Seve baked crab supreme hot.
