Baked Crab Meat In Shells Recipe
Here is an awesome Baked Crab Meat in Shells recipe. The same old crab meat is baked and presented in a new style. Baked crab meat in shells gives a new taste to the crab meat. You can serve it as an appetizer.

Ingredients
| Soft bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fresh or frozen lump crab meat-1 pound | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs-4, grated | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 1 To taste | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Butter-as needed | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)Keep aside some bread crumbs for topping.
2)In a bowl, soak remaining bread crumbs in milk and beat until smooth.
3)Add into crab meat, eggs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, and mushrooms.
4)Fill the mixture into crab shells.
5)Sprinkle tops with crumbs and dot with butter.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
SERVING
7)Serve the baked crabmeat in shells immediately.
