| Canned kernel corn | 12 Ounce | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated | |
| Green pepper | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped | |
| Pimentos | 2 , chopped | |
| Milk | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 , well beaten | |
| Cracker crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| American cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Melted butter | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
MAKING
2) Take a bowl and combine all ingredients in it.
3) Pour mixture into a 2 quart buttered casserole and bake for about 1 hour.
SERVING
4) Remove from oven and serve hot in the same dish.
