Ingredients

 Green onions – 2, minced
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Pimento2 Tablespoon, minced
 Marjoram1/2 Teaspoon
 Eggs – 2, slightly beaten
 Whole kernel corn2 Can (10oz)
 Bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Paprika

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2) Take a saucepan and melt butter in it.
3) Add onions and sauté until transparent.
4) Add flour and salt.
5) Slowly stir in milk and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes thick, stirring constantly.
6) Add cheese, sugar, marjoram and pimento.
7) Add the eggs and blend well.
8) Drain the corn and stir into the cheese sauce. Mix nicely.
9) Take a shallow 2 quart casserole and pour mixture into it.
10) Sprinkle with crumbs and lightly dust with paprika.
11) Bake for about 35 minutes.

SERVING
12) Serve Baked Corn Custard With Cheese hot in the same dish.
