 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Toasted almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup chopped mango or crushed pineapple
 Pimentos2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Onion1/2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 cups crushed potato chips or cereal

Directions

Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, mango, pimentos, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and soup in a large bowl; mix well.
Spoon the chicken mixture into a 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and potato chips.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
