Made this without the soy sauce. Place a small amount of oil on the cookie sheet. Tasted great!

Found that between the soy sauce and the coating mix that the liver was way too salty. However, smaller pieces (the size of an acorn, or so) left on the tray were quite delicious when cold as a snack. Because they were also drier they made great snack bites. For some reason they didn't seem nearly so salty, either. If I was to do this again, that's what I'd do with all the livers.
