Baked Cheese And Garlic Grits Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking grits | ||
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
Directions
Bring water and salt to a boil; stir in grits.
Cook grits until done, following package directions.
Remove from heat, and add next 4 ingredients; stir until butter and cheese melt.
Add a small amount of hot grits to eggs, stirring well; stir egg mixture into remaining grits.
Pour grits into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
