Ingredients

 
1 medium cauliflower
 
1 tablespoon olive oil
 
1/2 cup (55 g) bread crumbs
 
1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
 
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) olive oil

Directions

Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
Put in saucepan with a small amount of boiling salted water, Boil for about five minutes.
Drain.
Spread one tablespoon olive oil over the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange cauliflower in dish.
Mix together the bread crumbs and the grated cheese.
Sprinkle over the cauliflower.
Pour the 1/4 cup olive oil over the top.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about 30 minutes.
