Dave is cooking Baked Beans in a Dutch Oven!

Ingredients

 
Beans (soaked overnight)
 
½ lb bacon
 
1 chopped onion
 
2 tbsp garlic
 
Salt
 
Pepper
 
1 cup brown sugar
 
½ cup molasses
 
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
 
1 tsp chilli pepper
 
¼ cup apple cidar vinegar
 
2 tbsp yellow mustard paste

Directions

Take a Dutch oven and add the bacon. Cook till it starts releasing grease. Add the chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Put in the soaked beans. Stir. Cover and let simmer for an hour till the beans are tender. Add in the brown sugar, molasses, tomato paste, chilli pepper, apple cidar vinegar. Stir. Mix well. Add the yellow mustard paste. Put in the oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Reduce the temperature to 250 degrees and cook for another hour.
