Baked-Bean And Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup baked beans in tomato sauce | ||
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato puree | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 or 3 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled | ||
Directions
Put baked beans in pan with soup, juice, water, puree, and seasonings; heat together gently, add parsley.
When well mixed and hot, put into electric blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
Return to pan; heat, adding remaining beans.
