Spiced Baked Bananas Recipe

| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon each ground cloves and nutmeg | ||
| 4 bananas, peeled and sliced | ||
Directions
In glass casserole dish, combine orange juice, butter,orange peel, and spices.
Cool on high (9) for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbling, stirring twice.
Add bananas.
Cook on high (9) for 1 minute.
Cool on high (9) for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbling, stirring twice.
Add bananas.
