Baked Avocados With Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
| Avocados – 3, ripe | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tuna – 2 cups (2, 7 ounce cans) | ||
| Celery – 1 cup, finely chopped | ||
| Butter – 1 teaspoon, melted | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn flakes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut each avocado into half lengthwise
2) Discard the seed
3) Brush the avocados with lemon juice
4) Mix together the tuna, celery, salt, pepper and the mayonnaise
5) Fill the avocado shells with the tuna mixture
6) Lightly crush the corn flakes and mix with the melted butter
7) Sprinkle over the tuna salad
8) Place the avocado shells in a lightly greased baking pan
9) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes till just heated through
SERVING
10) Serve the salad at once
