Directions

Core apples and slit skin around the middle of each apple to prevent skin from bursting.
Place apples in small individual micro proof baking dishes.
Place butter in 1-cup glass measure.
Cook on 50, 30 seconds.
Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
Fill each apple with sugar mixture.
Cover each dish with plastic wrap.
