Baked Turkey Hash Recipe

| Carrots | 2 Medium | |

| Minced parsley | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned thin gravy | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Cut the turkey, onion, potato and pimiento in cubes.
3) In a mixing bowl, combine these with coarsely grated carrots, salt, parsley and poultry seasoning.
4) Add gravy to blend in properly and to moisten all the ingredients.
MAKING
5) Use a greased 1-quart casserole to spoon the mixture.
6) Place inside oven with a cover and bake for 45 minutes.
7) Bake again for 15 minutes by taking off the cover.
SERVING
8) Garnish with thyme, before serving.
