Baked Tuna With Tempurasauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna steaks-4 -about 1/2-pound each | ||
| Desame oil-1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Rice vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tempura sauce-1/4 cup-bottled | ||
| Small limes-2 Nos-juice only | ||
| Lemon wedges | ||
| Parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, tip in all the ingredients and mix well
4. Place the tuna in the bowl
5. Mix well
6. Allow the fish to marinate for at least one hour
7. Season again and place the fish on the preheated oval of the wooden plank
8. Bake for 30 minutes
SERVING
9. Serve hot with the lem
