Baked Tuna N Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 6 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 cups cooked noodles | ||
| Tuna | 6 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Pimiento | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
In large saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
Blend in soup; gradually stir in milk.
Add noodles, tuna, and pimiento.
Pour into four 1 1/2 quart casseroles or five 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dishes (10x6x2" each).
Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot; stir.
Top with crumbs; bake 5 minutes more.
