 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, chopped

 Tuna1 Can (10oz)
 Cream and mushroom soup1 Can (10oz)
 Chow mein noodles1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Chow mein noodles1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine on full power 30 seconds.
Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 cup chow mein noodles with vegetables.
Blend well.
Top with 1/3 cup of chow mein noodles.
Heat on roast for 12 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
