 Cooked macaroni, rice or spaghetti, 1 cup

 Onions2 , chopped
 Butter, 2 to 3 tablespoons
 Tomatoes500 Gram, boiled
 Apple1 , chopped
 Cooked spinach, 4 bunches
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Salt, pepper and chilli sauce to taste
 Sliced capsicums, grated cheese

Directions

Liquidise tomatoes and spinach.
Pass through sieve separately.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and fry onion.
Cook for five minutes.
Add half of the onion to tomate puree and rest to spinach puree.
Add salt and pepper to both.
Add chilli sauce to tomato puree and apple and cheese cubes to spinach puree.
In a greased baking dish spread a thin layer of tomato puree.
Then add a layer of macaroni.
Cover this with a layer of spinach puree.
Sprinkle grated cheese as desired.
Add a layer of vegetable.
Again sprinkle cheese.
Cover with tomato puree and more cheese.
Decorate with sliced capsicums.
Dot with two teaspoons butter.
Bake in hot oven 220°C for 20 minutes.
