Baked Tomato Halves Recipe
Ingredients

| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves | ||
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Wash tomatoes; remove stem end and cut crosswise in half.
Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and spread with mustard.
Combine onion, parsley, celery leaves, and oregano; sprinkle over tomatoes.
Dot each half with butter.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until tend
