Baked Swordfish Manzanillo Recipe
Ingredients
4 swordfish steaks (about 8 oz. each)
Salt and pepper
4 to 6 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup sliced green onions, including some tops
Garnishes:
chopped parsley, tomato and lime wedges
Directions
Sprinkle swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.
Place fish in a single layer in a baking dish; brush with olive oil, coating heavily.
Sprinkle green onions over fish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when prodded with a fork.
