Directions

Scrub the potatoes well and rub them all over with a greasy butter or margarine paper.
Bake in a fairly hot oven (375° F., Gas 5), until soft.
Serve with butter, salt and pepper or scrape out the soft inside, mash with butter, season and serve hot.
