 Fresh garlic - 20 to 30 cloves
 Clams3 Can (10oz), steamed
 Butter3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oregano1 Tablespoon
 Spinach1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sherry1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 French bread crumbs - 1 cup
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Pignoli nuts2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg, Black pepper, and Cay-enne Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon each

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mince or press garlic to make 3/4 cup.
2) In large bowl,combine together garlic and other ingredients, except garnishes, and spoon well into clam or scallop shells.
3) Decorate each with a slice of garlic, pignoli and scatter a little cayenne pepper.

MAKING
4) Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bread crumbs turn golden brown and centers are just cooked through.

SERVING
5)Serve hot.
