Baked Stuffed Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| Clams | 18 Small, scrubbed | |
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled | ||
Directions
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Around the edge of a 12-inch glass pizza dish, arrange clams on half shell; with toothpick, pierce each clam several times.
Heat, covered with wax paper, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until clams are tender turning dish once.
Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, oil, garlic and paprika.
Top each clam with bread crumb mixture, then bacon.
Heat 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
