Ingredients

 6 lg tart red apples
 Bananas1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cranberries1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Chopped pecans

Directions

Do not peel, but cut off stem end of apples.
Remove core & part of pulp, leaving about 3/4" around core cavity.
Place apples in a lightly greased pan.
Mix fruits, sugar & cinnamon; use to fill cavities in apples.
Sprinkle pecans on top of apples.
Bake at 365 degrees until tender.
Serve with a spoonful of whipped cream on top of each apple.
