Baked Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Sirloin steak | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter - 3 tbsp, molten | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley - for garnish, chopped | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the broiler till very hot
MAKING
2. Sear the steak briskly in it, four inches below the broiler, remove, drain the fat off and season with salt and pepper
3. Add onions, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, butter, lemon juice and green pepper to it and bake at 425°F for forty five minutes or longer
SERVING
4. Serve as required
