 4 pounds spareribs, cut in serving-size pieces
 Pepper1
 Onion1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Sauerkraut1 Can (10oz)
 Apple1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Caraway1 Teaspoon

Directions

Sprinkle spareribs with pepper; arrange fat side up in shallow baking pan (14x10 x2 inches).
Bake at 325°F. for 1 1/2 hours turning once.
Remove ribs; pour off fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in pan; top with ribs.
Bake 1 1/2 hours more.
