Baked Spareribs With Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pounds spareribs, cut in serving-size pieces | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Sauerkraut | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Apple | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Caraway | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Sprinkle spareribs with pepper; arrange fat side up in shallow baking pan (14x10 x2 inches).
Bake at 325°F. for 1 1/2 hours turning once.
Remove ribs; pour off fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in pan; top with ribs.
Bake 1 1/2 hours more.
