Baked Snapper A Laqszo Orange Recipe

2 cups soft bread crumbs (about 4 slices bread)
2 whole red snappers (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ea.), dressed and heads removed

1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
Directions
Slice half of orange; peel and chop remaining half.
In small glass bowl, combine butter, onion, parsley, basil and pepper.
Cook at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in bread crumbs and chopped orange.
Arrange fish in 12x8-inch dish.
Season inside with salt.
Stuff cavity with bread crumb mixture.
