Baked Sesame Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Crackers | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame seeds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 6 Ounce | |
Directions
Combine cracker crumbs and sesame seeds.
Dip chicken in milk, roll in cracker mixture.
Pour melted butter in 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/2" baking dish.
Dip skin side in butter.
Arrange skin side up in dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
Serves 3 or 4.
