Baked Seafood With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. medium size shrimps | ||
| Crab meat | 1 6 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Celery stalks | 3 , sliced | |
| 2 green onions, cut 1-inch in lengths | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce | ||
| 1 cup grated cheese or bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Clean shrimp and cut them in half, lengthwise.
Take bones out of crab meat.
Cut carrots in 1-inch strips, about 1/2-inch wide and 1/4 inch thick.
Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese or bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in oven at 350°F.for 1 hour.
