Ingredients

 1 lb. medium size shrimps
 Crab meat1 6 Ounce
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrots2
 Celery stalks3 , sliced
 2 green onions, cut 1-inch in lengths
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
 1 cup grated cheese or bread crumbs

Directions

Clean shrimp and cut them in half, lengthwise.
Take bones out of crab meat.
Cut carrots in 1-inch strips, about 1/2-inch wide and 1/4 inch thick.
Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese or bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake in oven at 350°F.for 1 hour.
