Baked Sea Bass With Cumin And Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sea bass | 6 Pound, cleaned | |
| 12 cherry or 6 small tomatoes | ||
Directions
Heat the oven to 325°F.
Combine the mustard, salt, garlic, and cumin seeds.
Place the bass into a foil-lined, greased baking pan and pour the mustard sauce over it.
Add the tomatoes, cover, and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the fish is done but not overcooked and dry.
Serve with lemon wedges and Basmati Pilaf or new potatoes.
