MAKING
1) In a shallow baking tray place the salmon and pour the juice of half a lime and spread the chili powder
2) Bake the fish for about 5-7minutes
3) Meanwhile in a bowl, add the canola oil, apple cider vinegar and whisk well
4) Add the shredded cabbage, sliced red bell peppers, onion and the orange segments and the lime zest and mix it all in
5) Onto a tortilla, place the baked salmon, add a cup or more of the slaw, top with a tablespoon of chopped avocado, pour in hot sauce as desired
6) Wrap the tortilla to enclose the filling
SERVING
7) Repeat with the other filets of fish and serve the tortillas warm
