Baked Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 salmon steaks, cut 1/2-inch thick | ||
| 1 envelope Italian salad-dressing mix | ||
| Water | 12 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
Directions
1. Arrange the salmon steaks in single layer in a buttered, 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine salad-dressing mix, water and lemon juice in a cup; pour over salmon; cover.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 15 minutes; pour mushrooms and liquid over; bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered, basting fish with liquid in dish.
