 Brown rice2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Vanilla2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat pastry flour3 Tablespoon
 Maple syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Almond butter2 Tablespoon
 Slivered almonds1/3 Cup (16 tbs), roasted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Place rice in a mixing bowl.
Using a wooden spoon, break up any clumps of rice.
In a blender or food processor, blend together Rice Dream, cinnamon, flour, syrup, vanilla and almond butter.
Pour mixture into rice, add raisins and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish; cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
