Baked Rice Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
1 cup regular long-grain rice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2. In casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
