Baked Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1 cube beef bouillon
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup rice
1 green onion, chopped
2 tsp celery, chopped
3 tsp dry bread crumbs
Directions
Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Add rice, green onion, and celery; cover.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs.
Pour into small baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until top is lightly crusted.
