 Frozen shrimp1 Pound

 1 large onion, chopped fine
 Celery1 Tablespoon, chopped
 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
 Sprig of thyme
 Lard1 Tablespoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 White bread slice6
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 small green pepper, chopped fine
 Bay Leaf1
 Parsley1 Tablespoon

Directions

Shell and clean the shrimp and cut into small pieces.
Put the onion and garlic in a frying pan with the lard, and brown for 15 minutes over a low flame.
Add the shrimp and saute for 10 minutes.
