Baked Red Snapper Meuniere Recipe

Directions
1. In a 10"x 6"X 2" oblong baking dish, combine butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 1 to 2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir to combine ingredients.
2. Place snapper in baking dish, turning once to coat both sides with butter mixture. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 9) for 9 to 12 minutes, turning the fish over with large spatulas after 4 minutes' cooking time. The fish is done when the flesh comes away easily from the bones when flaked with a fork. Let fish stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
