Baked Red Snapper Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dry substitute butter - 1 ounce | ||
| Pepper red | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Evaporated skim milk - 2 cups canned | ||
| White sauterne - 1 ounce | ||
| Red snapper | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Shrimp | 1/2 pound, deveined | |
| Bacon bits | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Use cooking spray in a skillet.
2) Add celery, onions and cook over medium high heat till onions wilt.
3) Add flour, milk, butter substitute and black pepper.
4) Stir constantly for 10 minutes, till thick.
5) Add in the shrimp.
6) Cook for another 3 minutes.
7) Stir in the wine and remove from heat.
8) Fish can be laid into individual or one large sprayed casserole.
9) Place in oven at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
10) Top with sauce and sprinkle bread crumbs and bacon bits.
11) Bake for another 5 minutes or till the crumbs brown.
